Main Duties

Human Resources Professionals perform some or all of the following duties:

  • Design and implement HR and labour-relations strategies, policies, and programs
  • Advise management and employees on compensation, benefits, and collective agreements

  • Develop job classifications, salary scales, and performance frameworks
