Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GTR Immigration website and related services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Last updated: February 20, 2026

1. About GTR Immigration

GTR Immigration is a private immigration consulting and support company that helps individuals, families, and employers understand Canadian immigration options and prepare applications. We may provide consulting, documentation support, and representation where permitted by law.

Important: We are not the Government of Canada and we do not issue visas or make decisions. All immigration decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and/or provincial/territorial authorities.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to use the Service. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent information, or to attempt to disrupt the website’s security or functionality.

3. Information Only — Not Legal Advice

Content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal advice. Immigration rules change frequently and outcomes depend on individual facts. You should not rely on website content as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation.

4. Consultations, Representation, and Client Relationship

Booking a consultation does not automatically create a client–representative relationship. If we agree to provide formal representation, we will require a written agreement and any applicable authorization forms.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and documents. We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you or by third parties.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Immigration outcomes are determined solely by IRCC and/or provincial/territorial authorities. While we apply best practices and professional standards, we cannot and do not guarantee approvals, processing times, or any specific outcome.

6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Service fees, if applicable, will be communicated before you make a payment. Government fees (IRCC/provincial), translation, courier, medical, biometrics, and third-party fees are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and whether work has already started. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has occurred. If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

7. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

If you book an appointment through our scheduling provider (for example, Zoho Bookings), you agree to comply with their booking terms as well. We may require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling depending on availability.

8. Communications Consent

By submitting your details, you consent to receive communications from GTR Immigration about your inquiry, appointment, application process, and service updates through email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS (where permitted). You may opt out of promotional messages at any time, but we may still send essential service-related messages.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites or tools (payment processors, booking systems, forms, etc.). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, text, graphics, and logos are owned by or licensed to GTR Immigration and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTR Immigration and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. If you do not agree with our privacy practices, please do not use the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Saskatchewan, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
