Main Duties
Correspondence, Publication, and Regulatory Clerks perform some or all of the following duties:
- Receive customer advertising orders and prepare copy
- Calculate advertising costs and issue invoices
- Draft business and government correspondence
- Respond to public inquiries, claims, and complaints
- Assist in preparing materials for publication
- Verify facts and conduct research
- Proofread for grammar, layout, and typographical errors
- Monitor newspapers and publications
- File articles relevant to organizations or clients
- Compile and process licence, permit, contract, and registration applications
- Authorize and issue approved documents and reimbursements
