Main Duties

Physiotherapists perform some or all of the following duties:

  • Assess patients’ physical abilities using functional and clinical evaluations
  • Establish treatment goals based on diagnosis and patient needs
  • Design and implement physiotherapy treatment plans including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, massage, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
