• Ensure secure handling and chain of custody for sensitive items
• Navigate delivery routes by foot, bicycle, or light vehicle
• Collect payments and obtain delivery confirmations or signatures
• Use handheld devices to scan barcodes and update tracking systems
• Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS and routing software
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
• Perform basic vehicle inspection and maintenance
• Handle time-sensitive deliveries within strict deadlines
• Provide customer service during pickups and deliveries
