Main Duties

Manufacturing managers perform some or all of the following duties:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate manufacturing operations
  • Develop and implement production plans to optimize efficiency and output
  • Manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation across departments
  • Establish and oversee quality control systems and production standards
  • Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff and supervisors
  • Coordinate maintenance of equipment and production facilities

  • Implement advanced manufacturing technologies including automation and AI systems

Employment Requirements
