Main Duties
Supervisors in motor vehicle assembling perform some or all of the following duties:

- Requisition materials and manage resources to support uninterrupted production
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and performance improvements
- Prepare production reports, safety audits, and quality assurance documentation
- Oversee compliance with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO standards
