Main Duties
Supervisors in furniture and fixtures manufacturing perform some or all of the following duties:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule workers assembling, finishing, and inspecting furniture and fixtures
- Establish production methods and coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and timely delivery

- Prepare production reports, safety audits, and material usage summaries for management
- Oversee implementation of CNC, CAD/CAM, and automated woodworking systems
