Labourers in chemical products processing and utilities perform some or all of the following duties:

• Load and unload production machinery with chemical raw materials
• Feed equipment and assist in chemical processing operations

• Assist operators in maintaining process equipment, gas lines, and filtration systems
• Move, sort, and handle chemical products manually or using forklifts and powered equipment
• Support daily operations in refineries, water treatment plants, and utility facilities
• Monitor basic equipment functions and report irregularities
• Follow strict safety procedures when handling chemicals and hazardous materials
• Assist in maintaining carbon capture systems and water recycling processes
